This class can be the basic reflexology course that introduces the techniques of foot reflexology for beginning students, continuing with advanced reflexology skills, techniques and strategies that take the practice of reflexology to a professional, clinical level in a 5-day intensive class. I am a Licenced Canadian Reflexology Teacher (LCRT) with Reflexology Association of Canada is being offered at your convenience to keep a student safe and well during COVID.
For those choosing the Professional Certification, the training is a hands-on theory and practical training program to become certified in Foot Reflexology. It will prepare you for challenging the Reflexology Association of Canada Board Exam to be certified as an ‘RCRT’ (Registered Certified Reflexology Therapist). This is not mandatory and additional fees will apply. This copyright designation is recognized world-wide, as well as with some extended medical providers; League, SunLife, Greenshield and Blue Cross.

Certified Foot Reflexology Course

Family & Friends - Foot Reflexology Course
Gain an understanding of reflexology of the ancient healing method of stimulating the points on the feet to initiate healing in the body, and learn the routine for personal use.
Reflexology is an ancient technique that dates back over 5000 years. It is a non-invasive and drug-free modality that supports and enhances the body’s own innate ability to balance, repair and restore itself. It is safe for everyone ~ from newborns, children to the elderly.
In this hands-on course, basic reflexology techniques, contraindications, how the body and reflexology are related are taught in a safe and respectful environment.
This is purely general interest and not accredited. A good way to ‘test it out’ if it is something you want to invest further into the reflexology field.
Cost includes manual and chart. This course is one-full day, with three half-days, learning among participants working on their certification.

This hands-on healing one-day workshop is appropriate for anyone desiring to improve their quality of life and relationships, relieve stress, and revitalize their mind/body connection. Learn the history, uses and traditional hand placements for Usui Reiki.
During this workshop, you will be attuned to Reiki energy ~ activating it through the chakras, enabling you to do self-treatments, work on family, friends, children and pets. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki session using all the hand positions and learning self-treatment.

Pre-Requisite: Reiki ~ Level I
In Level II, learn the skills to be a Reiki Practitioner.
Further this understanding by learning more about the Reiki symbols, universal energy, becoming more focused in sessions, and how to utilize Reiki for Distant healing.
A workshop that teaches to relax the body in healing and harmonizing; calm the mind; and renew the spirit … for yourself, family, friends and pets.

Pre-requisite: Reiki ~ Level II
The Reiki Mastery is considered to be the ‘teacher’s level’. The training teaches how to facilitate, promote their own workshops, and attune their students to Reiki ~ Levels I – III.
There are 12 classes, 4 hours/month, over a one-year period, done in-person or online. This will allow time between the classes for review and study of in-depth teaching of the Reiki symbols, principals and attunements. The student will be preparing and completing manuals for each level, and be ready to teach their own workshops after the final attunement. This is followed by a Final Attunement Workshop (in-person).
At the end of the course, the student becomes a Reiki Level III Master/Teacher.
