FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a natural healing art that requires you to be hands on connecting to your clients, family and friends.  There are now choices in the type of course/workshop you can take.

Family & Friends Foot Reflexology - a workshop for those wanting to only learn the foot reflexology technique to work on family and friends.  F & F Workshop - $300.00.  Non-refundable* payment required with registration.  

Foot Reflexology Participation - attendance in the course to obtain CEU’s (Continuing Education Units).  This is accredited from Reflexology Association of Canada.

 

Professional Foot Reflexology Course - with Donna Henderson, Licenced Canadian Reflexology Teacher with Reflexology Association of Canada.  This accredited course is a hands-on theory and practical training program to become certified in Foot Reflexology.  It will prepare you for challenging the Reflexology Association of Canada Board Exam to be certified as an ‘RCRT’ (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist).  This is not mandatory and additional fees will apply.   This copyright designation is recognized world-wide, as well as with some extended medical providers; League, SunLife, Greenshield and Blue Cross.  Cost of the class is $1,500.

  • Winter Class – completed
  • Summer Intensive Class – completed
  • ‘End of Summer’ Intensive Class – Monday – Friday, Aug. 19-23/19 - completed
  • Autumn Class – Saturday, Sept. 14, 15, Oct. 5, 6/19 - completed
  • 2020 Classes in Clandeboye, MB – April, June & September ~ dates to be determined
  • 2020 Classes in Banyena, Australia – February & November ~ dates to be determined

Certification Course:

Students must be 18 years of age and have completed high school.

Certification involves:

~ 35 hours in-class training 25 hours of home study 100 hours of case studies (50 cases at 2 hours each)

~ 3 hours of Mandatory Review (during practicum)

~ 3.5 hours of exams (one theoretical exam of 2 hours, one practical exam of 1.5 hours)

~ Course fees includes classroom instruction, a copy of the manual, workbook, mandatory course review, written exam fee, and practical exam fee.

Once you certify, you will be eligible to join the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and the Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) program.

Levels and Fees to Certification

Comprehensive training in the theory and practice of Reflexology is available from independent teachers who have been licenced by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).  The total accredited course hours are 186.5.  Training is arranged in three levels, as follows:

Level 1 — Attend the 4-5 full days of training and learn the basics of foot reflexology – $950.  Non-refundable* payment required with registration.

Level 2 — If you wish to continue on and complete the Home Study Guide and take the Written Exam (passing mark 80%) -  $85.00.  Non-refundable* payment required with registration.

Level 3 — If you wish to become a professional reflexologist, you would then complete 50 practical reflexology sessions and pass a practical exam (passing mark 80%.) - $465.00.  Non-refundable* payment required with registration. 

This fee covers the course training, student manual, written exam, practical exam, mandatory student review, and certification.

Optional Additional Fees

To receive the RCRT designation and/or to obtain liability insurance as a student practitioner, you must pay the following additional fees directly to the association:

  • $150 application and membership fee to Reflexology Association of Canada
  • $25 RCRT application fee

Must be 18 years of age or completion of grade 12.

 

REIKI 

Learn the history, uses and traditional hand placements for Usui Reiki.

During these classes, you will be attuned to Reiki energy – activating it through all your chakras – enabling you to do self-treatments, work on pets/children/friends/family.  With Level II, you will learn the skills to be a Reiki Practitioner.

Tune in to your Higher Self and reveal more about your truest nature.  Claim your health sovereignty by providing yourself the tools that can assist you in healing and harmonizing your body/mind/spirit.

There will be plenty of opportunity during the class to practice working with Reiki energy.  Cost includes manual and certificate.
